Hi there, I’m Lauren

I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, holistic health coach, and face fitness consultant here on the Jersey Shore, balancing teaching, motherhood, and everyday life with my surfer-dude husband and our two sweet kids.

I haven’t always felt well, grounded, or connected. For years, I struggled with digestive issues, thyroid disease, stress, burnout, and trying to keep up with every “healthy” trend out there. I was doing everything “right” but still didn’t feel like myself.

What changed everything wasn’t adding more or buying the latest gadget.
It was simplifying – listening to my body, softening the pressure, and coming back to the basics: movement, nourishment, rest, nervous system care, a positive attitude, and small rituals that actually fit into real life (not the pretend perfect version you see on social media).

That’s what I teach now: simple, steady, down-to-earth wellness that supports your body, mind, and nervous system.

Why I Do This Work
There’s so much conflicting information around health and wellness – quick fixes, trends, and constant noise – that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure what actually helps. I never want anyone to feel lost in that.

I’ve been guided by incredible teachers who showed me that real healing comes from mindset, nourishment, awareness, and small daily practices (not perfection or extremes). That wisdom changed my life, and it’s what I now share with others.

I believe in practical, steady change. In support that feels real and human.
And that you deserve to feel grounded, nourished, and well in your body and life.
