Corporate Wellness

Besides health coaching and teaching yoga, I specialize in corporate wellness. Most recently, I was the Wellness Director at Silman, (offices in NYC, Boston, DC, LA, Chicago and Ann Arbor), where for 8 years I offered onsite (and virtual) classes, events, guest speakers and much more for the employees. Previously, I was a Wellness Director for a large corporate wellness program at Amscan, for over 5 years, along with being Party City Holding’s Chairwoman of the National Wellness Committee.  I implemented a culture of wellness in their office and much of the employees’ health improved in ways never imagined.

Contact me for anything related to corporate wellness. I can offer a consultation and guidance for your specific location. Also, click here for more details of what I can offer your office.

I also provide peer consultations for fellow Health Coaches or others who are interested in incorporating wellness into a workplace setting. Please contact me for more details on peer consults.

Testimonials:

LeeProductNot SAGParty City’s wellness program that Lauren initiated continues to improve the lives of our employees. Our employees are healthier, have more energy and are happier because of Lauren’s dedication and expertise.
– Gerry Rittenberg, CEO Amscan Inc.

On the recommendation of my doctor, yoga was suggested as a way of circumventing surgery and as way of relief. Through the careful guidance of Lauren, I fully recovered from my back injury, so that I am able to participate in other physical wellness programs that include basketball and the company softball team.
– Sheldon B.

For a half hour, office yoga with Lauren helps clear my head, relieves those daily stresses, and let’s me move and stretch without aggravating my joints.  Lauren takes us through a program of poses designed to build strength and energy, while relieving the tension our bodies hold.  I recommend office yoga for everyone, but particularly for those people who think they can’t do yoga.
