It’s always important to stay hydrated, but more so in the hot summer months when we’re perspiring more than usual. Here are a handful of my favorite ways to add some flavor to water (click on image to enlarge and print). When the water is tasty, I’m more inclined to drink it! Remember, there are no rules when it comes to infusing your water. Use any natural ingredients (fruit, herbs, spices) that you have available. Bottoms up!
