Our new thing, Hawaiian pulled pork! Lammer lived in Maui way back when, so this new and improved way of preparing pulled pork has him reminiscing of those good ol’ days surfing on their beaches! We hope you enjoy as much as we do.
HAWAIIAN PULLED PORK
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs organic pork shoulder
1 BPS-free can crushed or cubed pineapple (in water)
2 T grated ginger (or 1⁄2 t dry)
Directions: Put pork in a crock pot.
Dump the pineapple on top with all the liquid, too. Add the ginger.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours in your slow cooker.
