One of my quick go-to’s on a busy night. I worship you, Instant Pot!
Honey Garlic Chicken (in Instant Pot)
4 – 6 organic chicken thighs
2 Tbsp organic butter
2 Tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (or coconut aminos)
2 Tbsp organic ketchup
2 Tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Directions: Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl (just leave sesame seeds out). Place chicken in IP and pour sauce over it. Secure lid and make sure knob is in sealed position. Push manual > high > for 15-minutes. Once finished, carefully move knob to release pressure.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken. I like serving over millet brown rice ramen noodles or rice with greens. Be sure to pour the sauce all over chicken/greens/rice or noodles to give everything that great flavor! Dinner…done.
