I recently finished listening to The Telepathy Tapes (the super-popular podcast released this past fall that’s been blowing people away), and all I can say is — WOW. I’m truly beside myself with how much of it resonated as a yogi. Anyone else?!
What struck me the most was how deeply Ky Dicken’s research mirrored so much of what we explore and are taught through yoga – a heart-centered connection beyond words, a shared energy field, and the lifting of vibration toward higher consciousness.
While listening, I got chills again and again, and cried so many times. I realized I’ve had my own experiences with this – too many to share here (maybe another time!) – that I’ve always called yogic miracles. It all leads me to truly believe that telepathy, and experiences like it, are not rare, magical anomalies – they are natural expressions of our higher self.
When we raise our vibration through practice, presence, and deep connection, we open a doorway to a part of ourselves that has always been there. What came through most strongly was this: unconditional love, compassion, and kindness are the foundation of it all.
Yoga, meditation, presence – they don’t create these experiences. They reveal them!
I’m excited to keep exploring this intersection of higher consciousness, ancient practices, and what modern research is beginning to uncover, and to weave it into my own practice and teachings. For those of you I already practice yoga/meditation with, I can’t wait to keep exploring all of this together!
