Sauerkraut for Sugar Cravings

My daily tablespoon (or two) of live probiotics – sauerkraut.  It helps to ease sugar cravings, replenish healthy gut bacteria, and is a great source of iron, fiber, vitamin C & K. And, it’s significantly cheaper than probiotic pills!
