Did you know that a 10 – 20 minute power nap will help boost your energy and alertness? This nap is short enough not to fall into deep sleep and not wake up groggy. I love setting an alarm on my phone (after turning it on airplane mode, of course) for 15 – 20 minutes. I’ll find a comfortable place to rest in savasana (corpse pose in yoga), where I silently relax every part of my body starting at my toes…and never end up making it to my head because I drift off to Zzzzz!
