Say “NO” more often for your health

Catching up on some magazine favorites on our way home from a weekend away in Stowe, VT. Loving this article in @real_simple about the importance of SAYING NO. Years ago when I struggled with hormonal imbalance/adrenal fatigue, even though I made major efforts to change the foods I was eating (and not eating), the true healing began when I went beyond food and addressed managing my stress. A big part of it was saying NO more often to commitments/people that were running me down, depleting my energy and essentially not fulfilling my soul. I needed time to rest, time for ME. Saying no can be tricky at first (especially being a woman) but the more you practice the better you’ll get at it.

Say NO more often and don’t feel bad about it, enjoy it!!!
